Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a return and exchange policy within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged, washed, or missing original packaging.
Customers must initiate a return request by contacting our support team within the return period.
In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and approving the returned product.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If the product is returned due to an error from our end (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their orders before the order is dispatched for a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return after delivery.
If a prepaid order is canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Items that fall under final sale, customized orders, or innerwear (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any return request for damaged or used products will not be accepted.
